Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the greater Global Marketing department and be responsible for effective development, optimisation, and operations of our global web portfolio and play an important part in making our websites best in class. Your role will contribute to the management of our 60+ websites, ensuring consistency, brand and content alignment, and an enhanced user journey across our sites.

Welcome to Digital Enablement & Martech
You’ll be part of the Global Web Portfolio team where you, together with your colleagues, will work in a team of three web specialists and advisors who are based in Poland and Denmark. Your team’s day-to-day tasks consist of managing project and initiatives, building new sites and landing pages. You’ll also maintain and optimise web performance and help foster a global web community. Your team will be in close alignment with our product owners to develop new functionalities. We work closely with IT in an agile setup, where you will also play a role. As a team, we have a collaborative approach to our tasks, and we nurture an atmosphere of respect for each other’s competencies.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting business-critical updates on the web and creating and executing campaign pages, incl. updates on pages on market/project sites
  • supporting and training local editors in our content management system (Sitecore)
  • guiding and consulting stakeholders on UX and web best practice and governance
  • coordinating and executing daily tasks on our external web portfolio, supporting and contributing to shaping the future web experience based on insights, data, and analysis
  • optimising SEO across all sites in cooperation with SEO experts.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • possess a deep knowledge and understanding, incl. hands-on experience with web CMS, preferably Sitecore
  • have a deep understanding of the core elements of a digital web infrastructure, user experience (UX), information architecture (IA), and user journeys, and have experience operating and developing a web portfolio
  • are familiar with test methods and can use data and insights to improve and optimise the web user experience
  • are a team player with a clear understanding of and experience with stakeholder management
  • are fluent in English, both written and oral.
