Are you curious about consumer behavior, trends, and shifts in culture?
In this role you will build audience insights and inspiration, diving into the world of kids, capturing the latest global conversations and trends, and turning them into inspiring thought starters for our teams working with Kids Engagement across channels.

You will be working at the heart of the LEGO Group focusing on understanding our consumers and bringing their point of view and preferences into our daily work.

Core Responsibilities
Consumer immersion:

  • Conducting desk research on kids culture
  • Setting up surveys to collect input from kids on various topics

Communication & Coordination:

  • Responsible for planning and publishing newsletters
  • Preparing thought-provoking inspiration – e.g. presentations and videos
  • Planning events to spark conversations

The Kids Engagement team is responsible for understanding children as an audience, setting and activating strategies (ecosystem, membership, engagement), and guiding cross-functional team execution to deliver value to children.

Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.

  • Currently enrolled in a university with at least 2 years left, preferably in a field related to Communications, Marketing, Media, Anthropology, Psychology, or similar.
  • You live and breathe culture. You are in the know about the latest cultural movements and fascinated by how they manifest themselves among different audience cohorts and across platforms.
  • Strong communicator with creative visual skills.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Open-minded, curious, eager to learn.
  • Solution-oriented with a service mindset.
  • Strong team player, comfortable navigating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft PowerPoint, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, Twitch.
  • Fluent in English.
