Do you want to play a critical role in maintaining visual merchandising and retail standards across multiple locations? And are you driven by the challenge of ensuring consistency and compliance in every detail?

As our new Area Retail Coordinator in North America, you will ensure our visual displays and retail executions are aligned with our brand’s aesthetic and business goals. You will work closely with the retail team to ensure consistency and excellence across all store environments, making a tangible impact on how customers perceive and interact with our products.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full brand compliance, including retail appearance being in accordance with Global VM and Store Design standards, in all Monobrand and Multibrand stores in North America.
• Develop brand aligned VM execution where standards do not exist, including post productions and alterations in close collaboration with the local Marketing team and Global VM team.
• Optimize store displays in all Monobrand and Multibrand stores.
• Ensure compliance with sales and technical training standards.
• Build relationships with local store owners and managers to ensure they always are aware of updates, changes etc.
• Build a recurring schedule for visiting all stores on an annual basis.
• Communicate and educate VM updates to all partners.
• Help onboard newly recruited partners.
• Hands on support with new store builds and store upgrades (store and VM elements).
• Make monthly reports on brand compliance to Headquarters.

What you bring
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Operational Visual Merchandising, Area Retail Management or similar experience from another role. Additionally, you can build close business relationships with our partners and peers to ensure seamless execution in all our Monobrand and Multibrand stores.
Moreover, you bring:

• Strong craftmanship skills and the ability to use a big variety of tools.
• The competence to plan and coordinate work both long term and day-to-day.
• Profound view for details and a highly organized nature.
• Adept skills in Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to travel frequently (1-2 weeks per month).
• Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in Spanish is considered an advantage.

Compensation: 86.000 - 92.000 USD a year.

Travel: Approx. 25%.
