Do you want to be part of it?
We are now hiring a Senior Content and Communications Specialist who will be responsible for creating written content and a distinctive voice of Penneo.

You will report to our Brand and Communications Manager and have our awesome Marketing, Sales and Product teams as your closest collaborators.

The position is full-time and based in Copenhagen.

What would be your responsibilities?
For our Senior Content and Communications Specialist, we foresee the following responsibilities, but you'll have the opportunity and freedom to influence and define them with us.

  • Manage our Anti-Money-Laundering Influencer thought leadership content strategy
  • Create high- to mid-funnel written content, including blog posts, customer stories and guides based on messaging and content strategy
  • Support on mid-to low-funnel content such as emails, website copy, paid media copy
  • Help build the foundation for our PR efforts
  • Support on Investor Relations communications during quarterly financial reports releases
  • Oversee and manage Penneo’s social media presence
  • Work closely with the Brand and Communications team to ensure the copy enhances our visual communication materials
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all written marketing content
  • Offer ad-hoc copy support as needed

  • Having experience with B2B SaaS is considered a plus

How will this role progress?

During the first months, you will:

  • Get yourself familiar with Penneo’s tone of voice, the team and tech stack
  • Have an overview of prioritisations and content opportunities identified

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Build and execute on a consistent content calendar based on our content strategy
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with a panel of thought leaders inside and outside of Penneo
  • Strengthen our PR and Investor Relations efforts

About our interview process:
We know that going through a recruitment process can be pretty demanding sometimes, so we want you to know what to expect:

  • Call with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team (~30m): introduction to the company, mutual initial expectation leveling.
  • Call with our CMO, Kirstine (~45m): Getting to know each other, assessing for mutual fit, introduction to the impact and goals for the position.
  • Collaboration round (~1h): Together with two team members, you will discuss your approach to a problem scenario to assess collaboration fit and ways of working.
  • The practicalities (~45m): Closing talk with our CMO, Kirstine agreeing about compensation, starting date, and all other practical details.

All of our interviews can be conducted remotely, scheduled via email and Google Meet for audio/video calls if you prefer.
