The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you are part of a young ambitious and supportive team, and you report to Head of FP&A, Thomas Hindkjær.

As our Finance Manager, you support managing the budget and forecast of our three financial statements – i.e. Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow – as well as monthly financial reporting and market analyses for our hearing aid business division, GN Hearing.

Furthermore, your role involves engaging with intricate financial issues, concentrating on market analyses and monthly reporting, while also providing guidance to your fellow team members.

The FP&A unit at GN Hearing thrives in a global setting characterized by its agility and swift workflows, maintaining collaborative relationships with prominent organizational members and key stakeholders. You will thereby be exposed to exciting opportunities and challenges; Hence the ability to adapt to changing priorities and short deadlines is highly appreciated.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Broaden the scope of our market analysis to encompass a wider range of stakeholder perspectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Offer financial analysis and managerial reports to aid in formulating strategic plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial performance.
• Drive and support a continuous digitalization agenda for data visualization in management reporting.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

• A higher educational background within finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant fields of study.
• Several years of experience e.g., from a similar finance role, financial advisory, finance consulting or finance business partnering.
• Solid financial and business understanding.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with FP&A tools, software, and data visualization dashboards, such as SAP and PowerBI, is seen as beneficial.
• Well-developed stakeholder- and change management abilities from a complex environment.
• The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.

Personally, you are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, skilfully juggling current responsibilities with a steady gaze on future aims.

While engaging with stakeholders from different parts of the organization, you exhibit considerable professionalism, a diligent work ethic, and an air of decisiveness. Your commitment to attaining goals is evident when working solo or alongside your colleagues – by which you listen and challenge constructively with a positive attitude.
