In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the communication strategy and building a strong employer brand for both MMC and Maersk Growth. You'll get hands-on experience driving social media engagement, developing internal communication plans, and supporting the two teams across all aspects of communication.

We are looking for a bright student to accelerate our communication and attract leading startups as well as diverse, top talents from across the globe. In the role, you’ll work closely with our Communications Manager, who is also covering both teams, and become our voice across a variety of communication platforms, not at least social media. For us, it’s not just about getting a lot of likes - in the right hands, social media can be a powerful communication tool to attract and engage our target audience of tech savvy startups and investors as well as global consultant talents.

Key responsibilities:

As a Communications Associate across MMC and Maersk Growth, you will have an active role in shaping the voice and perception of our teams. You will work ~20h/week equally split between the two teams with high flexibility and respect for your exam periods.

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy for MMC, a leading inhouse-consultancy and Maersk Growth the global partner for external innovation at Maersk
  • Craft compelling social media content and a strong visual profile for both MMC and Maersk Growth
  • Analyse social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and drive real impact
  • Build and implement a strong internal communication roadmap for both teams to keep our colleagues and leaders across Maersk informed and engaged
  • Assist your colleagues across the two teams with communication-related tasks
  • Assist with local event orchestration and execution in close collaboration with the MMC marketing and recruitment teams

  • Are a creative thinker with a proactive approach and a desire to make a real impact
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
