On behalf of Alcon, we are seeking a Strategic Account Manager - Private Clinics for the growing Strategic Accounts team. This newly created role will be pivotal in managing and expanding relationships with Strategic Accounts in Sweden, ensuring to continue to deliver first-in-class ophthalmic surgical products and services. The position will primarily focus on defending and retaining market share while exploring growth opportunities in the expanding private clinic sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee private strategic accounts in Sweden, strengthening relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, purchasing heads, quality managers).

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (customer service, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth operations, address issues, and drive processes forward.

Strategic Development: Collaborate with your team to develop and refine processes within strategic account management.

KPIs

  • Achieving sales growth and profitability in strategic accounts.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams to improve processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in surgical or ophthalmology sectors, or with other medical products where your customers are private clinics.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
