Join us in this role where you’ll contribute to projects and initiatives in Global Culture & Talent from design and planning to implementation and tracking and where you leverage your expertise within equity, diversity and inclusion to provide advice and find solutions to challenges.

You’ll be part of the Global Culture & Talent Development team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate in a cross-functional, global team consisting of experts in talent management, leadership, learning, EDI and early careers to deliver impactful solutions that supports our business' strategy.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • delivering on projects and initiatives within the global culture and talent agenda, from design and planning to implementation and tracking
  • utilizing your deep expertise within equity, diversity and inclusion to help Ørsted progress further within this area
  • engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels across our global organisation create the most impactful solutions
  • Ensuring we utilize data and insights when developing solutions that reflect the business' needs

To succeed in the role, you would:

  • have deep expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion and wish to develop a broad understanding of the broader culture and talent agenda
  • have an eye for details and are structured and systematic with solid analytics skills
  • utilize your solid project management skills to lead global projects with multiple stakeholders efficiently
  • Have a global mindset and ability to create great relations with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation
  • are open, curious and eager to learn and develop both within your current expertise area both also within the broader culture and talent agenda
