Senior IT Project Manager - join our amazing transformation process

TDC NET is in the middle of the biggest transformations in our entire 140 years history to become a leading TechCo. The situation calls for a good business minded IT project manager to ensure progress in our projects and hence enable us to succeed with our audacious transformation plan.

The IT Department at TDC NET is committed to promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement, and we are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team and have an important role in driving our transformation initiatives.

About the job
As our new IT Project Manager, you will be a part of a department of approximately 25 enthusiastic people. The department has two purposes: one being a delivery center for the area Business Support Systems and the other to be an IT partner for the Business Unit, Commercial & Partners.

We work in a hybrid setup, where agile methodologies are combined with more traditional project setups. We have a very open and transparent culture where having fun and learning new stuff, are a major part of coming to work.

This position can either be based out of our office in Copenhagen or Aarhus.

What You'll Do Every Day
As IT Project Manager, you will work in all aspects of project management, and deal with rather large IT projects spanning all business areas.

More specifically you can look forward to:

• Deliver End to end 2E project by following the TDC NET project model. From ideation, cases, mobilization, to planning, design, procurement and execution to the handover to operations.
• Working with stakeholders
• Understand business
• Source external vendors together with Procurement, onboard and manage external vendors
• Manage project scope, cost, timeline, risk, quality, resources to ensure project performance is in line with project goals

About you
You are energized to be around collaborative and inclusive colleagues to succeed as one team. You bring great communication and interpersonal skills, are creative and constructive in your work approach as well as you thrive in a transformational setting and hybrid between agile delivery and standard project models.

You bring a relevant educational background and have extensive project management experience within IT or Telco.

You should have

• Min 3 years of IT project management experience
• A project management certification (or similar)
• Experience with enterprise software solutions
• Read and write proficient English
