Procurement Administrator (Temporary position)
As a Procurement Administrator, you will have an important role in harmonizing the work within our Nordic environment. Your work will mainly revolve around managing and transferring data from Excel files to our documentation systems, which is critical to our efforts to become more data-driven and to generate accurate reports.

Your tasks will involve reviewing and organizing data, where your attention to detail and precision will be invaluable. You will ensure that information is transferred correctly and adheres to the company's guidelines and standards.

However, your job is not just about handling data. You will also serve as a link between our Nordic teams and our internal systems. In this role, it is essential to harmonize workflows between our Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish teams, where your contribution will be crucial to achieving a unified process across the Nordic region.

It is important that you are comfortable in a role where repetitive tasks are common and that you enjoy ensuring that all information is accurate. Your ability to balance the required level of detail, prioritize tasks, and identify when a project is complete are key attributes.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Experience working with Excel or other administrative tasks.
• Ability to work in a structured and precise manner.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
