The Role:
In e-conomic, we grow our people to grow our business, through Empowerment, Openness and Direction. This is the cornerstone of our Leadership Philosophy and the offset for everything we do within leadership development.

As our new People Development Partner, you will be spearheading our leadership training, driving and facilitating activities within our different leadership journeys. Furthermore, you will help drive our employee development process, our yearly people processes and other strategic people initiatives. Together with the rest of the People&Culture team and our amazing managers, you will enable the future of leadership and employee development in e-conomic.

The role isa 1 year maternity cover located within the People&Culture team, reporting to Ingrid Stiansen, Teamlead for People Business Partnering.Your role will involve close collaboration with the entire P&C team. And of course we are biassed but wow what a team you’ll join - we have so many talented people that you can learn from and spare with.

We are looking for someone with:

  • The ability to plan, drive and execute leadership development and people initiatives and processes across e-conomic
  • Business acumen and a proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A pragmatic and solution oriented approach

It would be a plus, but not a must if you also

  • Have experience from a similar role, within leadership development, learning and development or employee development, preferably within a People and Culture team
  • Have experience with driving organization wide people initiatives and processes
  • Have experience with rewards (C&B) or project management

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and execute our leadership development sessions
  • Revise our leadership learning journeys
  • Anchor our leadership philosophy
  • Together with the P&C team drive our annual wheel, including the employee development, performance and salary process

Recruitment Process:

  • Short phone conversation
  • First interview with Manager & colleague
  • Second interview, including short case and personality test with Manager & and a hiring stakeholder
