Project Manager for strategic transformation within Renewables’ Asset Management

As a Project Manager in Renewable Energy Asset Management with European Energy, you have a chance to work with Wind, Solar PV, and BESS systems as well as various PtX technologies in our international portfolio of assets.

The Team
The Asset Management department consists of 92 colleagues, based in Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, the UK, and Brazil. We are responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of power-producing assets, offering asset management services for both internal and externally owned assets, and providing power sales services.

You will be part of the team called ‘Asset Management Functional Support & Change’. The main purpose of this team is to support Asset Management teams in maximizing performance today while ensuring that we are getting ready for the future along our strategic direction. Given the growth of the company, it is crucial that this team keeps its focus on how we constantly can become better at what we do.

Key responsibilities include

  • You will own the strategic roadmap and keep an overview of all the included activities and projects
  • You will manage specific high-impact projects to ensure progress and benefits such as:
    • Standardisation of contracts
    • Renewables asset portfolio performance analysis
  • You will ensure cross-functional alignment to ensure one EE along the company value “In it together”
  • You will monitor the technological developments
  • You will be responsible for the governance within Asset Management and interfaces with other internal stakeholders

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have the following competencies

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience with Renewable Energy plants or with a background as a strategy consultant
  • You have been educated at the University’s level of Engineering or Business
  • You are proficient in English, oral and written, and another European language, preferably Danish, German, or Romanian

As a person, you have an analytical mindset, you possess a natural curiosity to optimize and drive our change processes. You have a sense of autonomy and take ownership of your tasks. You have good communication skills and will use this to collaborate and find optimized solutions across our company.
