Join us in this role where you’ll collaborate with a team of process and management system experts, to support process owners and content creators in developing, optimising, and implementing process and documents within our ISO-certified management system. Your efforts will contribute to creating a world powered entirely on green energy enabling colleagues globally to better understand their roles and execute their daily tasks effectively.

You’ll be part of Process Excellence Business Partners where you, together with your colleagues, will act as a trusted partner and advisor, being recognised as subject matter expert on process excellence, value creation and optimisation. You’ll be responsible for helping create, improve and optimise processes in our International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certified management system, in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business. You'll support process owners and creators with virtual and physical workshops, training and coaching on process management and conducting robust quality assurance checks of processes. You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as a main point of contact for our stakeholders, answering questions and offering expert advice on process management, change management, ISO compliance and our integrated management system
  • driving our agenda for standardisation and optimization of existing processes, ensuring alignment and strong interfaces across technologies, regions and departments
  • supporting process owners and content creators globally with process development, improvement and standardisation, through delivery of workshops and facilitation of training on process management
  • securing the highest level of quality in processes by conducting quality assurance checks to ensure they are simple, easy to follow, value creating and match our internal conventions and standards
  • advising and coaching on change management principles and best practice to secure the robust rollout and implementation of processes across the organisation
  • supporting internal improvement projects and initiatives, acting as a project resource and leading transformation activities and workstreams.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience of working with process management systems and are familiar with process mapping techniques, principles and best practice – experience with ISO standards would be an advantage
  • are a skilled facilitator and presenter, with experience of delivering workshops and training, who is able to communicate complex information in a simple, easy to follow manner
  • are experienced in change management with an understanding of principles and techniques required to plan, control, implement and embed effective change to processes and ways of working
  • love working with a variety of stakeholders with different needs and have a natural ability to network and build respectful, collaborative relationships whilst not being afraid to challenge perspectives
  • have a positive, can-do attitude and are solution orientated, independently solving complex problems with a pragmatic, structured approach and an understanding of the business needs of our partners
  • are fluent in English, both spoken and written
