Your Role
As a Project Manager in our Solution Projects department, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality, tailored solutions for our customers. Your workday will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. Your main tasks will include:

• Project Management: Plan, scope, quote, and execute projects

• Quality Management: Ensure projects meet agreements, including benefits, costs, quality, risks, scope, and time

• Risk Management: Plan and handle issues and uncertainties with internal teams and customers

• Stakeholder Management: Handle stakeholders effectively to ensure clear agreements and track project progress

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across industries and organizations, collaborating at all levels

Who You Are
You have a background in engineering or a commercial education with a focus on project management. We’re looking for candidates with experience in managing solution projects and relevant certifications.

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, independently handling solution projects

• Method Knowledge: Familiar with best-practice methods like PRINCE2 and SCRUM

• Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills in Danish and English

• Adaptability: Thrive in changing environments and handle different corporate cultures

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate people, with a passion for project management
