We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to join our superstar team at Too Good To Go in Osloon a 10 months contract,leading our Independent Partner Sales organisation across Norway and Denmark 🚀.

Your mission:
As Head of Independent Partners, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go by managing the full independent partner journey from start to finish. You will be responsible for the management of all independent partners, from the acquisition of potential partners to the growth and development of existing partners, throughout the whole of Denmark and Norway.

As the Head of Independent Partners, you will report to the Country Director and will be responsible for developing the annual strategy and driving the performance of team members in Outbound Sales and Partner Growth management, ensuring cross functional collaboration.

Our store partnerships are the life-blood of our business - in this role, you will lead the team responsible for acquiring new independent stores, retaining them and optimising their partnership with Too Good To Go across strategic areas in Norway and Denmark.

Your goal will be to maximise sales and growth performance by providing leadership to the independent sales team and implementing global initiatives at local level with success 🚀

Your role:

  • Recruit, develop and build the team: Using your in-depth knowledge and experience of different sales methodologies you will ensure the team fulfil their potential and constantly train, coach, mentor and support them for peak performance.
  • Lead the Independent Partner team across Sales and Growth, while maintaining a positive, energetic and motivating work environment. You will provide leadership by coaching, inspiring and engaging your team. You will ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned on an individual and team basis and adherence to agreed team KPIs.
  • Inspire & Empower: Champion a high-performance culture to support our mission and business objectives.
  • Strategy and market mapping: Analyse the Norway and Denmark markets to identify geographic and segment opportunities for growth and build the plan for optimum results.
  • Leadership and Management: Your role is to inspire and empower your team. You set the vision, the ambition and make sure your team members have everything they need to run their own area of ownership. You lead with trust and share our values.

Requirements

  • You have a solid experience in Sales and partner retention
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of food sector is beneficial
  • You have strong leadership skills, with a track record in building trust and helping team members develop and achieve their goals
  • Experience with leading teams remotely within a matrix organisational structure is beneficial
  • Strong capabilities on Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets are a must have.
  • You thrive given freedom and accountability for results, enjoy setting ambitious goals for your team and over-perform.
  • You have developed a sales function in a fast-growing business, continuously searching for better ways of working based on the various sales methodologies
  • You believe in preparation and anticipation and have set the bar higher for your previous teams
  • You are highly organised and can build structures and processes that meet business needs
  • You are commercially highly astute with proven problem-solving and influencing skills and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best constantly.
  • You are a make-it-happen person and excited to roll up your sleeves.
  • You are able to travel to Copenhagen at least once per month.
