Senior Information Management Specialist (Parental Leave Cover)

Join us in this role where you’ll support the business with guidance on information management and help users of our document management system in SharePoint. You’ll collaborate with people across the organisation to ensure that our information management guidelines are followed and to share knowledge efficiently.

You’ll be part of Information Management in quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), where you, together with your colleagues, will support the business with information management tools and processes and help maintain a strong information management and knowledge sharing culture. As a team, we’re dedicated to supporting colleagues around the world to stay in control of their documentation and collaborate seamlessly.
You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the business in secure and efficient document handling
- supporting and training SharePoint users in collaborating and storing their files
- nurturing an information management culture through awareness activities
- solving tasks at Ørsted’s central and digital archives
- supporting continuous improvement of information management.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience working with information management in a large organisation
- are a SharePoint expert, or at least are familiar with SharePoint as a user
- have an eye for the details while not losing sight of the big picture
- handle stakeholders well
- are a team player.
