For our Post Treatment department in Aalborg, Denmark, we are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team.

How to contribute to our vision
In short, the Process Engineer will:

  • Develop process flows, workflow, and support deliverable targets being met in time and quality.
  • Ensure documentation towards suppliers and internal customers.
  • Contribute to budget development and ensure adherence to agreed budgets in her/his/their organization and project.
  • Develop and implement performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform inspections and investigations and analyze technical manufacturing and logistics processes.
  • Plan, propose, and implement improvements projects on site or unit level, set the respective targets, budgets and personnel resources, and steer the overall project process.
  • Liaise with other engineering functions, external vendors, and service providers, and constantly monitor and approve respective services and work deliveries.
  • Manage overall ramp-up phase of new production & test material, production launch of new products, and ensure life cycle support.
  • Ensure process documentation and train related manufacturing and maintenance staff.

What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or allied disciplines (Aerospace Engineering, Naval Engineering, etc.);
  • A few years of working experience but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience with composite design and composite structural mechanics (Differential)
  • Experience with composite structural analysis (Differential)
  • Good knowledge of Excell, Siemens NX, CATIA V5/CPD, Autocad 2D/3D (The ideal candidate has good knowledge of some of these tools.)

Competencies:

  • Self-driven with high accountability.
  • High communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to follow the standards set by Lean Six Sigma
  • Availability to travel to Wind Blades factories (you can expect between 30-60 travelling days a year.)
  • Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
