YOUR TEAM
BESTSELLER’s E-commerce is a large department located in both Aarhus and Amsterdam. You will be part of a smaller team of 15 colleagues within the Digital Marketing & CRM team. Our team has a strong culture, focusing on team spirit, commitment, ambition, laughs, and a dynamic environment.

YOUR ROLE
As our new Paid Search Specialist, you will be the driver of various projects, working closely with the team and different stakeholders to accelerate growth. You will focus on creating and executing paid search campaigns across different BESTSELLER brands in Europe. Additionally, together with the team of Paid Search Specialists, you will build and manage the channel roadmap and communicate with brand stakeholders on channel performance.
Your Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the strategy and roadmap for Paid Search
• Provide in-depth analysis for campaigns across Europe
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Help further expand our test-and-learn framework to lead the constant development of the channel, focusing on testing & experimentation
• Scale current markets and find new opportunities for expansion
• Operational campaign management (day-to-day optimizations)

YOUR PROFILE

As a Paid Search Specialist, it is important that you love E-commerce and are ambitious and motivated to learn. You are analytical, detail-focused, and driven by the opportunity to optimize solutions through well-thought-out tests. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in an agency or in-house team
• Bachelor's degree
• Great analytical skills, data-driven, and interest to dive into the details
• Interest in the fashion industry and knowledgeable about other E-commerce channels (i.e., video, SEO, email, remarketing, affiliates)
• Fluent in English
