Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and outcome-driven Front-End Developer to join our team as we scale our products and drive growth. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our growth, delivering both technical excellence and improved customer experiences across our platforms. You'll directly help us execute our vision.

You will play a key role in our organization, developing and maintaining our custom-built CMS and our single-page application DAM system. As part of our team, you won’t just be coding; you’ll be an integral part of the strategic decisions that affect our roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that drive growth for both our custom-built CMS and our single-page DAM application.
• Develop and maintain front-end projects, applying your expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React to enhance UX and performance.
• Design software architecture that supports scalability at high performance.
• Stay current with modern web APIs and best practices, ensuring we continually optimize performance and user engagement.
• Lead initiatives that integrate open-source React projects (e.g., MUI), enhancing functionality and user-centric design.
• Develop and maintain Express.js middleware and TypeScript lambdas on AWS to support our system’s backend integration.
• Partner with back-end developers to streamline API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between the front and back-end for both web applications.
• Contribute to code reviews with a focus on improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to guarantee stability and reliability across our platforms.
• Actively seek out emerging technologies and trends that can drive product or process improvement, staying ahead of the curve.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a demonstrated ability to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with a solid understanding of architecture principles and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with React open-source projects (e.g., MUI) is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Express.js middleware and TypeScript lambdas is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS services and deployment practices is an advantage.
• A growth mindset with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international team environment.
• A genuine interest in creating value for customers and a passion for driving performance.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality code that drives tangible results.
