About the role
To succeed in this role, you should possess the ability to translate business requirements into effective integration solutions, by using your analytical and structured thinking to navigate complex systems and processes. Furthermore, you need high interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at various levels and colleagues from diverse international backgrounds.

Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written is needed together with strong personal bandwidth and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Oversee and lead the integration team, managing the design, development, documentation, and operation of ERP interfaces and data flows. This includes hands-on execution as well as supervising team members.

Work closely with Business Process Leads to develop integration solutions tailored to the needs of various functional areas.

Design and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable Azure integrations and data platform solutions.

Communicate integration strategies with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.

Own and manage the integration platform roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals.

Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate the latest technologies into our solutions.

Create comprehensive documentation for data models, configurations, and setups to ensure clarity and continuity.

Qualifications
An educational background in IT, Infrastructure, and Cloud (Azure). Combined with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hybrid IT environments.
