Analytics Manager in Global Supply Chain at Coloplast

Here, you will play an instrumental part in driving business performance and impact through data analyses and analytics.

Your key tasks and deliverables include:

• Deliver business insights through analysis which create intelligence around supply disruptions, root causes, and value-chain transparency leading to proposals for mitigating actions
• Implement strong performance management within Global Supply Chain
• Drive a variety of supply chain projects, develop simulations, estimate business impact and ensure cross-functional collaboration to ensure the best outcomes for our commercial functions and end-users
• Create standard tools, processes, and reports to quantify the consequences of supply disruptions
• Develop and implement tools and data cubes across our value chain to proactively detect potential supply disruptions and lost efficiencies
• Report and follow up on supply performance of production and distribution sites
• On top of this you will be involved in the entire “business decision value chain” - from identifying challenges to being part of finding and executing the solutions.
• Geographically, you will be based in Humlebæk (Denmark), but some travel to our international sites may occur.

Analytical mindset and eager to develop & grow
We are looking for a highly analytical person with strong problem-solving skills and flair for working with data. You thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and prefer to back your recommendations with facts. You have a strong personal drive, can work independently and possess a solid sense of judgment. Excellent interpersonal skills are a given.

• You are a recent graduate or have a few years of experience from a similar position
• You hold a master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or finance
• You have strong analytical skills and an enthusiasm for new systems and tools (e.g. PowerBI, SQL, Python)
• You have excellent MS Office package skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• You speak and write English at a high level, to enable communication worldwide

The key to success is an eagerness to learn, open-mindedness, a customer centric mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and solid problem-solving skills.
