H. Lundbeck A/S

Come join us – here you can be a part of a community helping millions of patients every day. This is a unique opportunity for personal development and for shaping our service minded day cleaning team via your experience and personality.

Your new role:

Your job enables others to focus on what they are good at.

As the manager of Lundbeck’s Day-Cleaning team, you will be part of a dynamic workplace with a firm focus on development and innovation. You will be part of a strong community with a passion for service.

Your future team:

The culture of our organization is described by trust and the continuously focus on improving our services and processes. We are firm believers in freedom within own areas of responsibilities and the positive effect of having good collages around you. We enjoy sharing and celebrating the small successes, and the positive effect of the close team relations when challenges are being addressed. You will join a management team of 7 who are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Day Cleaning team is a part of the Service & Security department under the business area Facilities and HS&E.

We are located in Valby, Copenhagen.

What you bring to the team:

  • You have a broad background in the management of cleaning services, preferably with experience from a larger company or the service industry.

  • You are service-minded and take pride in delivering high quality and satisfaction to both customers and employees.
  • You have good communication skills and base your work on deep cleaning expertise.
  • You are solution-oriented and can handle several tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Knowledge of GMP and its requirements for cleaning in production areas is a plus.
  • You have experience with and knowledge of relevant software.
  • You are fluent in both Danish and English, as our skilled cleaning assistants and internal customers have several different nationalities.

Main tasks:
