The profile:

• Commercial experience in the medical sector, preferably orthopedics.
• Hands-on experience and customer interaction are a plus.
• Solid financial knowledge for handling products and pricing.
• Experience in small and medium-sized companies or family-owned businesses.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to be present in the office.

The tasks:

• Responsible for daily general managerial operations.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure stock rotation.
• Development of annual objectives based on market analysis and forecasts.
• Participation in board meetings to ensure alignment with the company's management direction.
• Weekly reporting and quarterly forecasting to monitor company performance. Responsibility for the company's contracts to maintain legal and financial integrity.
