What You Will Do
In this role, you will be a key member of the Group Consolidation and Reporting team, responsible for consolidating 60 entities into three distinct groups. You will support various activities including:

  • Manage the month-end close process by handling minority and equity reconciliation and preparing consolidated commentary files for the income statement and balance sheet.
  • Oversee entity submissions and manage acquisitions, disposals, mergers, and liquidations.
  • Assist in the production of external interim reports for Klarna Holding Group and Klarna Bank Group on a quarterly basis.
  • Lead the preparation of annual reports for the new top group starting from year-end 2024.
  • Participate in the transition from SAP FC to OneStream for consolidation and from SAP DM to WorkIva for external reporting tools, ensuring a smooth implementation.

Who You Are

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • You have 5-7 years of experience, including 2-4 years in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, with experience in SAP FC and SAP DM, and familiarity with OneStream and WorkIva being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly and concisely.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Awesome to Have

  • Experience with large-scale consolidations and transitioning between financial software platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in external reporting processes within a multinational organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
