About the traineeship.
This traineeship offers you a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sustainable business. Each of the trainee positions is distinct, tied to a department within a specific business area and working location. This means that each position has its own tailored responsibilities, challenges and matching profile.

Your role as a Trainee - Project Management I Offshore Portfolio
You will collaborate with the leadership team in Project Development for Offshore Wind and in particular the Portfolio Director, overseeing and managing a portfolio of Offshore Wind projects in various stages of project development, from early stage/greenfield opportunities until handover to the build organization.

Your responsibilities:

• Portfolio management tasks in the area of project development
• Further development of portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of Offshore Development
• Preparation of monthly portfolio and decision meetings
• Involvement in portfolio initiatives (e.g. portfolio strategy, portfolio optimization, market development or similar)

Your profile
Your qualifications as a Trainee - Project Management I Offshore Portfolio

• Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Relevant practical experience such as an internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or portfolio management
• Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships
• Advanced level of working with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), experience in working with PowerBI is considered a plus

You should also recognize yourself in

• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach

To be considered for our traineeship, you should:

• Be a recent graduate with an academic degree or expected graduation before March 2025.
• Have maximum one year of work experience.
• Be fluent in English. Skills in other languages can be a merit.
• Be willing to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.
• Identify with our principles: active, open, positive and safety.

Location:
You will be working in the department Project Development and located in Kolding (Denmark), Hamburg (Germany) or Amsterdam (Netherlands).
