You will join Global Communication at LEO Pharma. We are a team of 9 driven individuals who is responsible for the design, development, distribution and management of communications content and tools just as we support functions and leaders as trusted comms advisors.

In the role as Social Media Manager, Global Communication
Become our Social Media Manager in Global Communication and get to have a key role for new initiatives as we take our strategic perspective to the next level. You will be vital in strengthening the reputation of LEO Pharma and positioning the company as a great place to work. You will be the anchor when building social media campaigns and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and further developing our digital dialogue with key stakeholders and our organic followe base of approx. 400.000 people.
• Monitoring and providing feedback on community engagement.
• Advising and supporting colleagues across markets and functions on effective online dialogue with key stakeholders and community management in general
• Producing best-in-class content for LEO Pharma’s global social media channels based on social listening using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Manage the production of diverse communication materials, from videos to events and corporate campaign materials.
• Design and execute social media engagement strategies to foster online community engagement across platforms.
• Manage and update LEO Pharma’s social media accounts, ensuring maximum outreach.
• Monitor and analyze social media statistics and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Determine the effectiveness of different content types and strategies.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who can bring solid competencies in creating compelling visual content for social media, and who is not afraid of stepping ´out of the box´ adding innovative and new perspectives.

We imagine you:

• Have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with digital communications and content activation.
• Have knowledge of social media campaigns and audience targeting.
• Have professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Having excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be key, as you will be interacting with various persons at all levels both internal and external.
