As a Team Leader in our client’s 24/7 Global Operations Center, you will be responsible for deliverance to a various number of clients in various countries. You will be managing a number of highly skilled operators. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing high security and service standards. It is essential that you can motivate and inspire your team while being hands-on with daily tasks. Strong IT skills are required, as you will manage various technological systems.

About You:

• You have leadership experience, preferably from a similar position.
• You value collaboration and are focused on assisting your employees, colleagues, and clients.
• You have some technical knowledge in alarm systems.
• You are skilled at building followership through clearly communicated missions that engage collaboration and collective effort.
• You uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• You have great English skills both verbal and written. English is the corporate language.
