The position
As an Intralogistics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support for warehouse and other Intralogistics (IL) expansion projects within Novo Nordisk. This will be done through the IL Solution guidance and Solution challenge process, with a focus on design and project documentation.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Setting direction and building content for the Intralogistics solution guidance and IL solution challenge process.
  • Engaging with Novo Nordisk intralogistics expansion projects and facilitating reviews according to the solution challenge process.
  • Evaluating customer/project needs and providing conceptual solutions.
  • Providing guidance for requirement setting, RFP development and supplier selection.
  • Identifying and driving global standardization opportunities within the Intralogistics domain.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • A master’s degree in engineering or a similar scientific background.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience with intralogistics and automated warehouse solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge about warehouse processes.
  • Documented experience with material flows (IL) and knowledge of different warehouse technologies.
  • Experience with data processing and analysis.
  • Excellent English skills in both writing and oral communication, and knowledge of Danish is preferable.
  • Experience in designing solutions within the pharma industry or other regulated environments is an advantage.

In addition, you should possess the following soft skills:

  • Structured and autonomous.
  • Good communication and team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Open-minded and comfortable working in an international environment.

About the department
Device Manufacturing Development (DMD) is responsible for the manufacturing development of all devices and packaging-related processes. We explore new technologies, including robotics, for future production and operate a production unit for clinical production and process optimization.
