The position
We are facing a new and exciting journey as we are starting up the very first production in our brand new Purification Plant V (PPV). As our Associate Manager, we hope you will be able to facilitate this transformation.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be to secure development of employees and production of high-quality product. You will be responsible for a team consisting of 15-20 highly skilled and independent professionals and technicians. The job involves a high degree of decision making, concerning a broad area of responsibility. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure that goals and policies are known and in compliance

• Ensure cLEAN standards are implemented and followed

• Ensure good cooperation and working climate

• Ensure harmonization across the area where it provides the most value for the business

• Ensure the work are being carried out following cGMP standards

Furthermore, you will be in close dialogue with colleagues and stakeholders, where you will need to ensure collaboration and alignment on challenges. To succeed in this job, it requires a high degree of independence, innovation, quality mindset and a desire to support the API production.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:

• Hold a degree in Natural Science and have with experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or technical related areas

• Have experience with quality management and control

• Have GMP and cLEAN knowledge

• Have experience as a leader in previous roles

• Are fluent in Danish and English

You are systematic, ambitious, and show a high degree of quality awareness in your work.

About the department
You will join Purification Plant V (PPV) in Kalundborg, Denmark. We are approximately 250 colleagues, working in several departments and teams to finalise the first process line, that will start up operation. We will produce the future products of Novo Nordisk, which play a significant role in Novo Nordisk’s social responsibility strategy. We are dedicated to deliver strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high quality API at a competitive cost for our patients.
