The Position
As our new Project Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute project plans while adhering to timelines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead diverse project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delegation of tasks and engage with stakeholders at all levels, from equipment owners and project managers to senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate project milestones and progress clearly and effectively.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met, as well as proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure success.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with all regulations and standard and promote a culture of innovation and sustainability within your team.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate high levels of complexity with ease.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to inspire your team and drive projects forward.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. Experience in energy design, energy infrastructure, or utility installations is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

You will thrive in this role if you’re a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and you can manage complexity without losing motivation or focus.

About the Department:
Our Corporate Facilities team consists of 250 employees who are passionate about supporting Novo Nordisk’s core business through smart, agile infrastructure solutions. We manage sustainability projects at varying stages of development across our entire organization. The “Sustainable Utility Projects” team drives initiatives that focus on energy, utility installations, and facility management.

About the department
You will be part of the Corporate Facilities team, based at our headquarters. Our department is dedicated to ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness. We are a dynamic and collaborative team, committed to driving innovation and excellence in all our projects. With approximately 1000 employees at this location, you will be working in a fast-paced and supportive environment where your contributions will make a significant impact.
