Do you want to help too? We are currently looking for an Egg Donor Coordinator - Nurse for our egg donors at our location in Orlando.
As a Nurse/Egg Donor Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in interviewing potential donors, educating them about the program, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical and social histories. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with our team of nurses, the CMO, Tissue Bank Director, and Geneticist on donor candidate approvals, as well as coordinating oocyte retrieval schedules with the laboratory and physician.
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid and active RN license, ACLS certification, and have excellent client service skills. Previous experience with female fertility and office-based surgery is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to otherwise highly qualified candidates. Position requires excellent client service skills. Must be comfortable discussing sensitive subject matter for education of transmission of infectious diseases. Ability to use good reasoning and judgement and react calmly in situations.
Responsible for knowledge and compliance with company SOP’s.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft). Data entry for registering donor information.
Assists the embryology team and donor coordinators performs all other duties as assigned.
Phlebotomy skills required for blood tests and excellent IV skills. Coordinates oocyte retrieval schedule with the laboratory and physician and participate in oocyte retrievals.
Maintains strict compliance with privacy- FDA & HIPPA laws.
Pay range: $30-$32 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Work Location: In person in our office in Orlando
Our office hours: 8am-4pm Monday through Friday.
