Join us in this role where you’ll be focusing on planned activities with a reliability and asset health perspective which is driven by the systems and tools. You’ll identify common, reoccurring, and major component faults and collaborate with other departments to reach solutions. You'll manage the daily planning and logistic operations, managing the offshore wind turbine technicians.

Welcome to Westermost Rough and Racebank Operations
You’ll be part of the onshore supervisor team where you, together with your colleagues, will provide safety and operational guidance for wind technicians including the delivery of toolbox talks and daily safety briefings, work with special projects and project organisation on various turbine systems. Assist in the coordination of campaign works and maintenance tasks along with the Operations Manager. Identify common, reoccurring, and major component faults and collaborate with other departments to reach solutions to ensure a safe and successful operation of all offshore activities.

As a team, we work closely with the Regional Technical Site Supervisors, Project Support and remote diagnostic team to cover the essential elements for asset management.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring high safety standards are maintained on our windfarms
  • providing support in connection with offshore work
  • being responsible for preparing and reviewing maintenance tasks and documentation
  • planning work orders and materials for WTG repair and maintenance
  • substituting for the Operations Manager when necessary.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with SAP processes and task lists, Scheduling Cockpit, Site Monitoring Centre (SMC), and Site Offshore Management System (SOMS)
  • ideally have experience in managing interdisciplinary teams
  • are Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) competent and certified, whilst possessing substantial experience as a service technician
  • have solid troubleshooting experience with the Siemens Direct Drive Platform.
