Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a logistics developer with a strong understanding of internal logistics processes for automated production lines. You should be driven to develop and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient production and a high level of customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to independently drive projects and tasks, either as a project leader or as a team member. You should be an engaging person who is self-reliant and goal-oriented, with a structured and analytical approach to work. You are a team player and a good communicator with a positive attitude and a problem-solving philosophy that helps you overcome the challenges you encounter. • Plan and organize internal logistics for automated production lines, including material flow, inventory management, and packaging. • Plan and organize internal logistics, including goods flow, inventory content, and picking. • Identify and analyze existing internal logistics processes to find strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. • Engage the team in exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance logistics processes. • Identify new areas and opportunities for automating internal logistics that could result in efficiency gains and cost savings. • Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities in logistics infrastructure, including the costs and risks of investments and recovery periods. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors involved in investment projects related to internal logistics.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on internal logistics for automated production lines.
• Experience using technology to improve internal logistics processes such as inventory management, material handling, and production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
