The Position
As a Equipment Responsible at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Ensure that our production equipment meets industry standards and is always ready for use.
  • Work closely with a team of 10 colleagues to handle equipment responsibility, expertly manage incidents, change requests, deviations, and cross-organisational projects.
  • Play a key role in problem-solving and document approval.
  • Work hands-on with the equipment to ensure it is ready for production within the pharmaceutical industry's requirements.
  • Drive optimisation and maintenance of the validated state of our production equipment

Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • An academic degree in engineering, natural science, pharmacy, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role in a regulated industry.
  • A technical mindset and experience with validation.
  • Experience with GMP and LEAN methodologies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in written and oral Danish and English.

As an individual, you should excel in creating and maintaining good manufacturing processes and be capable of writing complex documentation. Being hands-on and team-oriented, the ideal candidate for this role should also be flexible and have a keen eye for quality.

About the department
Aseptic Manufacturing site Gentofte is part of the global Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing network. At our sites across Gentofte, we are more than 700 colleagues responsible for the aseptic manufacturing where we are transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, and freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimize our processes and invest in new technology.

The department is the nerve center of our production building. We support the filling lines and ensure that production is always ready. Our team comprises technical supporters, process supporters, operators, and more. We ensure that the production environment is optimal, including the readiness of HVAC systems and technical equipment.
