QHSE Advisor

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) strategy and systems for our APAC Operations. Welcome to Operations APAC
You’ll be part of Regional QHSE where you, together with your colleagues, will support our teams across the APAC region to ensure that our renewable energy projects are delivered to high QHSE standards. You’ll cooperate closely with our operations & maintenance teams. As a team, we foster opportunities that will unleash your full potential and you’ll experience a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic work environment within an inspiring team.

You’ll play an important role in:

• developing and implementing the APAC Operations strategy and processes
• managing complexity on QHSE matters with stakeholders
• optimizing QHSE work process, such as inspection, audit, RAMS review, and related plans
• leading the QHSE activities and assisting contractors to increase QHSE capability.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have a degree in safety or similar, a health and environment qualification, and an ISO auditor qualification
• have extensive experience in QHSE field
• have extensive knowledge of OHSE legislation
• have strong stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
