At Maersk, we believe in the power of diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning and we work hard to ensure that the people in our organisation reflect and understand the customers we exist to serve.

With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.

Join us as we harness cutting-edge technologies and unlock opportunities on a global scale. Together, let's sail towards a brighter, more sustainable future with Maersk.

We offer

At Maersk, we put Care for Our People, Decarbonization, Fleet Reliability, Digitization, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at the forefront of our agenda.

To support the delivery of our ambitious goals in these key areas, we are looking for an energetic, talented, and capable individual to join our team and help unlock the potential for improving our processes.

This role is part of the Fleet Management and Technology (FMT) function, where you'll collaborate closely with departments responsible for managing our vessels, crew, and driving the technical innovation needed to shape the future of container shipping.

The FMT organization spans five key locations across two continents and includes approximately 13,000 employees. We manage over 700 container vessels, both owned and chartered, ensuring the smooth operation of one of the largest fleets globally.

As a part of this team, you'll work with professionals across ship management, including HR, safety, compliance, technical support, and development. You will engage with both shore-based staff and seafarers, requiring a global mindset and strong digital collaboration skills.

You'll join the Process Partnering & Change Management team, where you'll be part of a group dedicated to process development, change management, communication, and crew engagement. Collaboration with our Platform Organization will be key, as technology and data play a critical role in enabling successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Process Partner is to provide hands-on professional process management to support FMT functions.

As a Process Partner, you will:

  • Ensure delivery of efficient processes that achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Learn and understand assigned processes in detail and at a fluent level.
  • Proactively identify process opportunities and challenges.
  • Take ownership of process-related activities, including design, facilitation, and documentation.
  • Focus on the customer in process design, often internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a Process Taxonomy and establish metrics to measure results.
  • Play an active role in the Platform operating model, using technology to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with other process partners to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Recommend and apply best process management practices.
  • Serve as a change manager, handling stakeholder management, communication, and training.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 7 years of experience in process design, development, and implementation.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Experience with planning and delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Skills in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and balancing diverse requirements.
  • The ability to analyze business needs, plan effectively, and execute.
  • A focus on business outcomes and value realization, with experience in defining performance indicators.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, prioritizing business outcomes over strict demarcation lines.

Personal Traits
We are seeking someone who is:

  • Agile and comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity.
  • A self-starter, taking ownership of tasks proactively.
  • Customer-focused with a service-minded approach.
  • Assertive and able to work independently.
  • An effective communicator and facilitator.
  • Structured and result-oriented, always aiming to achieve common goals.
