Join as our new Marketing Manager...
As part of the Marketing team for Central North Europe, you will be responsible for all marketing and communication activities related to dairy in Scandinavia and the Netherlands. You will adapt the global strategy to fit local conditions by leveraging regional market insights. This includes identifying and developing business cases based on local market trends. Additionally, you will translate the global strategy to meet local customer needs and support strategic initiatives aimed at delivering global marketing excellence. You will work closely with the sales teams in Scandinavia, the Netherlands and the Regional Marketing CNE.

The Regional Marketing CNE team consists of six highly skilled colleagues, fostering a strong team spirit in an exciting, international environment. The team is quiet diverse with marketing specialists, business supporters, marketing & PR experts, and marketing & sales support staff, with team members located in the UK and Germany. Driven by a passion for customers, good food, and good bacteria, the team regularly meets virtually via Teams and in person to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

In this role you will make an impact by…
Your key responsibilities will be to engage with dairy customers in Scandinavia and the Netherlands across various aspects of the business, such as product launches, innovation opportunities, events, and consumer research. In addition to this, providing marketing materials to account managers and customers is a critical part of the role. You will be working closely internally with Sales teams in Scandinavia & the Netherlands, and the Regional Marketing CNE team and externally graphic designers and other stakeholders.

Planning and coordinating local exhibitions, customer seminars, and webinars is also required, along with the creation and management of marketing content, which includes newsletters, event materials, and promotional items like calendars. Furthermore, the position involves utilizing tools like Pardot for email newsletters and Salesforce to manage campaigns and customer contacts effectively. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager Central North Europe and you will be based in Hørsholm, Denmark.

You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while interacting confidently with customers. You must be self-motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and have a strong influence on the organization. Accuracy and respect for deadlines are essential, along with excellent communication skills that enable you to positively impact both customers and stakeholders.

Further qualifications:

• Educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field with a higher-level degree is preferred
• Proven professional skills, including attention to detail and the ability to implement changes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other communication software, as well as social media tools
• Fluency in Danish and English is a must
• The role requires a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
