About your future role
If you join us in the role of Power BI Analyst and Developer, you will become a part of a team Self-Service BI team in Data Insights & Analytics responsible for building and maintaining self-service portal for our stakeholders to access and work with their data, reports and dashboards. You will never be alone and always have a lot of knowledgeable colleagues to support your journey.

We will be a team of 9 colleagues when you join in the Denmark Self-Service BI team with the team spread across multiple geographies - Norway, France ,Denmark, Germany & India.

Your reference line Manager will be Self-Service BI Manager Arjun Sagena, who will support your learning journey.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Building full-fledged operational solutions, including building data models, reporting and dashboard solutions
• Support delivery of data visualizations and insights to our customers and internal stakeholders via accessible, creative, and engaging data visualization and storytelling.
• Maintaining and further developing data/reporting solutions by creating data sets to power critical dashboards
• Usage of agile principles and methods according to SAFe (Portfolio configuration)

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• You have professional data visualization and storytelling skills, are proficient in modern data visualization tools, and can communicate and present clearly
• You are an expert in Microsoft Power BI with 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Reporting and Dashboard solutions in the field of Business Intelligence.
• Proven experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and in building and managing tabular models.
• Proficiency in using Tabular Editor for managing and optimizing tabular models.
• Methodological knowledge in the field of data warehousing and data modelling
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, etc
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Visual Studio for database and application development.
• It would also be beneficial if you have experience with the below technologies, tools and domain:
  • Power BI Embed: Knowledge and experience with Power BI Embedded for integrating analytics into applications.
  • Power Apps: Familiarity with Power Apps for building custom business applications.
  • Power Automate: Understanding of Power Automate for automating workflows and business processes.
  • Paginated Reports: Demonstrated ability to create and manage paginated reports.
  • Version Control: Experience with GitHub and version control practices for managing and tracking changes in code and project files.
  • Exposure to Payment industry – especially Issuing, Account/Card Management
• High commitment, self-organization, and ability to work in a team
• Enjoy friendly cooperation, exchange of knowledge and experience
• Furthermore, that you have a solution-oriented and analytical mindset, and you thrive working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
• Strong in the English language verbally and in written topped with great communication skills
