Data Manager to Secure Data Quality in an Innovative Organization

If yes, then we are expanding our department and are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team and help drive our organization forward. We are automating our data management procedures, and the data management team is set to play a vital role in these initiatives.
Ensuring high data quality for our clients
You will collaborate with multiple departments across the company to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery to internal and external clients.
The Data Quality Management (DQM) group currently consists of five dedicated team members who are responsible for monitoring and reporting data as well as identifying and improving data quality processes to maintain the highest data standards.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting data transfers to clients
- Ensuring data quality by performing quality control checks of data to identify trends
- Implementing and documenting any changes made to data handling software
- Actively working towards improvement by updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Providing support on Laboratory Information Management systems (LIMS)
- Providing accurate and reliable information to facilitate better decision-making processes.
Quality-data minded Data Manager
The ideal candidate meets following criteria:
- Minimum MSc degree within a relevant field, such as data management, computer science, or natural sciences or a related field.
- Experience in managing data, or data quality assurance, preferably in clinical research, pharmaceutical or biotech environment
- Knowledgeable in data management tools, software, and languages, such as SAS, SQL, R and Python is beneficial.
