Are you a Managing Scrum Master or agile Project and People Manager who acts as servant leader? Then you are the person we are looking for to join our Commercial Agile Release Train. We are a team of highly skilled people and professionals working truly agile changing the way we are working in Arla.

How you will make an impact
You will play a key part in our mission to deliver value to our business - from idea generation through maturation and execution to handover to Operations. Thus, you will as Scrum Master align priorities with the Product Owner from the business and keep the team on track with agreed-upon goals. You will likewise enhance transparency and engagement through internal and external communication with stakeholders and act as sparring. You will take the role as people manager for employees in the Commercial IT and have a key focus on ensuring psychological safety and a culture in alignment with Arla’s values. Furthermore, your responsibilities includes

• Forecasting and controlling of financials
• People wheel yearly activities as people manager
• Part of cross-train leadership meetings
• Manage external vendors that are an integrated part of our scrum teams
• Agile coaching and participate in maturing new epics in close collaboration with product owner, architects and functional consultants

What will make you successful
You have previous experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of succeeding being in charge of agile delivery as a scrum master. You are a great facilitator with drive and a high focus on value. Furthermore, you are results-oriented, and focused on achieving goals through collaboration with the team, product owner, ART mgt and business stakeholders. You will be working with a complex stakeholder environment, spanning different cultures and functions. Thus, you thrive through engaging with people of different cultures and from various backgrounds. Also, you have a strong IT knowledge/mindset and the ability to link IT, business need to business benefits.
