The role
As Finance Operations Specialist, you are part of the Finance Operations team working with 25 Viaplay entities. You´ll be joining a team of 14 colleagues located in Stockholm. We´re a part of Global Business Services and all together we´re 31 colleagues working closely together. The Finance Operation is responsible for the daily operations in the processes: Order to cash, Travel and expense, Purchase to pay and Record to report.

How could a day look like in your new team?
You start your morning by fetching freshly squeezed orange juice with your colleagues. The day continues with coding of invoices to reach the team's daily delivery goal for sending out invoices for approval. Proceeding with support externally and internally with your expertise, we work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

You´ll have lunch in the restaurant in our building, having “matlåda” or why not join Viaplay run club? The rest of the day you spend your time working with ledger care and reminders and perhaps finishing with a nice game of airhockey with your colleagues.

What we’re looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree within Finance, Accounting or similar.
• Have 3+ years relevant work experience within accounts payable, accounts receivables or accounting.
• Strong hands-on approach
• Thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Team player
• Confident in English both written and verbally

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience of working with D365 Financial Operations.
• Experience working in Shared Services.
