The Position
The Senior QC Project Professional will be part of the QC department responsible for designing the standard for the future QC laboratories within the Fill & Finish Expansion scope.

We are looking for someone with solid QC knowledge within chemical analysis ideally and with experience from projects and project management, and who can take the lead. Although the role will be situated in Copenhagen Area, Denmark, it will integrate globally with our site project teams in Denmark, France, China, Brazil and the US.

Key responsibilities can include among others:

  • Define the QC criteria of the design standard for FFEx QC labs including building layout design, Utilities and HVAC, Waste, Intralogistics, IT, Security, Validation and Qualification.
  • Support to sites in implementation of the design standard, being one point of contact as Site responsible from the QC module.
  • Continuous improvements of standards by process confirmation and active sharing of learnings in the global project manager network.
  • Ensure implementation of QC future proof technologies.
  • Set direction and manage project activities within the Fill & Finis Expansion scope.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

  • A relevant scientific academic education, such as chemical, pharmacy or process engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or;
  • A laboratory related technician background with extensive 7+ years of experience in QC knowledge within chemical analysis.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of the QC area on a level where you can define requirements and innovative solutions within the area.
  • QC Method validation and QC equipment qualification experience will be an advantage.
  • Ideally have solid experience from project management.

As an ideal candidate for this role you can communicate fluently in English, both in written and spoken form. You have excellent collaboration skills and have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, you are able to navigate in different levels of complexity and enjoy new challenges.

About the department
The department QC Module in Future Standards defines the standard design for the QC laboratories in scope of the FFEx organization, ensuring our expanded fill & finish capacity is future proof and able to deliver the promised volumes.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
