Then join us as an Associate manager for Aseptic filling support in Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) in Gentofte.

The position
As Associate Manager for our aseptic process support team, you will be setting the direction for the team, providing clear paths towards success and securing timely handling of production issues, problem solving, improvements ect. You will naturally lead by example and drive high performance by being a highly visible manager who provides sparring and coaching to your employees. You will be working in a culture gate keeping fundamental practice within aseptic filling but still ready to challenge systems, processes and ensure ongoing optimisation. You will be responsible for providing professional development opportunities for your team members. The position is set in a highly complex environment having a broad spectrum of stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with our department management team and act as one united function, but also in alignment with our sister departments. The position offers great opportunities for personal and professional development, your responsibilities will be diverse, you will be quite visible in an ever-changing organisation, and you will be able to learn from extremely skilled and knowledgeable people.

Qualifications
You hold a relevant Master’s degree – in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or maybe Biology or the like. Because of the level of responsibility, we expect you to have solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry, and ideally, your knowledge and skills is from a production environment. You have at least a few years of managing under your belt, either as team leader or heading complex projects on a large scale. Best of all you know your way around aseptic production and have experience within process support for clean room facilities.

Your extensive people skills make it easy for you to build and maintain trustful relations across and beyond the organization – on all professional levels. You are curious by nature and like to see things in real life, you communicate directly and realize what you just said. By nature, you have a positive attitude, you prioritize involvement, knowledge sharing and appreciation – and your top priorities are quality and continuous improvement.

About the department
Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte is part of Novo Nordisk, which delivers products for the treatment of haemophilia disorders. Our department, in corporation with other departments, handles aseptic filling of vials and cartridges. The department's area of responsibility is the production on one of our vial filling lines, including support to aseptic processes and equipment.

We are approximately 110 motivated and talented colleagues divided into three operating teams, five support teams and a staff team. Your new department is especially characterized by high tempo, high professionalism and an informal tone. Since we as a department support many functions on site, we have a broad interface, which makes many of our processes complex.
