The Cementir Group is looking for a skilled and dedicated Talent and Development Specialist to join the regional HR team in the Nordic and Baltic Region which includes Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, France, Belgium, and Poland which comprises four distinct business units: Aalborg Portland A/S, Unicon A/S in Denmark, Unicon AS in Norway, and AB Sydsten. As a Talent and Development Specialist in the Nordic and Baltic region at Cementir, you play a central role in developing and implementing a wide range of HR initiatives, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development. You are a key partner to the Regional HR Director and Human Resources Business Partners, working together to identify, develop, and meet the HR needs of the region while promoting organizational culture.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing talent management programs and processes that enhance organizational capacity through employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Leading performance management processes and tools, enabling HRBPs, employees, and managers to have robust discussions about performance, development, and career.
  • Collaborating with the Regional HR Director and HR business partners to generate insights from employee engagement and pulse surveys that support subsequent actions and improve engagement across the region and within individual business lines.
  • Facilitating the introduction of new employees and supporting local and regional onboarding processes with a unified perspective, as well as supporting talent review and succession planning processes in the region.
  • Acting as a point of contact for global talent and learning initiatives driven by Cementir Group, such as LinkedIn Learning, Corporate Training Platforms, and Global Talent programs.

You report directly to the Nordic & Baltic Region HR Director and be part of a large HR team.

You bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar HR role with a focus on executing HR initiatives and processes. You have solid experience in designing and delivering training programs, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and experience using data to drive decisions.

You have a natural ability to create order in complex systems and integrate different elements into a cohesive whole that promotes the organization's goals and employee development. You are creative and can think innovatively, yet you are structured and strong in execution. Lastly, it is important that you are a proactive and self-driven person with a passion for developing people.
