Responsibilities:
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring, performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing
- Leads the entire material group (direct or indirect)
- Develops and continuously verifies the Commodity strategy for direct or indirect including definition of the targets
- Continuous improvement of the procurement effectiveness and efficiency
- Develops programs/projects in cost and process optimization (OTD, availability, replenishment time, quality, innovation, risk, and complaint management)
Qualifications:
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
- Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
