What You Will Do
As a Service Delivery Specialist in the North American Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will:
- Exceed customer expectations by owning and resolving customer issues, regardless of complexity, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support and assist customers, driving satisfaction and quality results.
- Utilize and master all relevant tools, processes, and ways of working to provide efficient and high-quality service.
- Tailor your communication to meet the specific needs of individual customers, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and meaningful.
- Evaluate and apply creative, simple, and effective solutions, always keeping the customer journey in mind.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements, driving change and innovation in your day-to-day tasks.

- Previous experience in a customer service or service delivery role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Klarna’s products, services, or fintech industry is a plus
