As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in using cutting-edge technologies to drive our mission forward, shaping the future of banking in the Nordics. You’ll collaborate with a talented group of engineers in the broader Tech function, building solutions that ensure our customers have access to a modern, seamless, and secure banking experience.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of developing and maintaining backend services, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
• Build, optimize, and maintain internal services** to support key business functions.
• Integrate with third-party systems to expand the capabilities of our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and innovate on existing processes.
• Leverage your backend expertise to drive impactful solutions across various business areas.

• Proven experience in a Senior Backend Engineering role or a similar position.
• A background in working with cloud-based solutions and an interest in new technologies and trends.
• Experience with Microservices and knowledge of event-driven & DDD is advantagous
• Able to dissect complex challenges into digestible and manageable action points.
• A collaborative team player who is passionate about sharing knowledge and fostering the success of others.
• Hands-on experience in agile environments, adept at adapting to shifting priorities and delivering incremental value.
• We primarily code in Golang but it’s not needed to be a great match
