Commercial Strategy (Senior) Manager/Analyst

As a part of our Strategy Department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and analytically minded (senior) manager/consultant to support us in our work to maximize the value of Nuuday's brands and its customers.

Nuuday (formerly TDC) is Denmark’s largest telecommunications service provider with six well-known brands, such as YouSee, Telmore, TDC Erhverv and Hiper. Our offerings range from TV packages, phone subscriptions, and internet to various additional digital services and advanced cloud/IoT solutions. The Strategy Department, comprising approximately 25 people, is organized into four specialized teams: Strategy, Infrastructure Management, Regulatory Finance, and Commercial Steering. You will be joining Commercial Steering, a young team dedicated to achieving commercial excellence, optimizing customer value, and driving business impact. You will contribute to setting the commercial direction for our brands, focusing on strategy development, strategic pricing and commercial performance management. Your primary tasks will be to:

• Lead and manage commercial strategy projects in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Conduct data driven analyses to enable fact-based decision-making.
• Create and present decision-making material with a clear and well-reasoned storyline.
• Develop and facilitate problem-solving workshops across brands and departments.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving our commercial business.

Our ideal candidate looks like this:
Background

• A relevant education at Master level (management, finance, data science, economics, econometrics, etc.).
• Around 3-8 years of working experience (telco/subscription business is beneficial).
• You get excited about strategic/commercial management and data analytics.

Skills

• Well-developed qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, ideally with experience in business case and data modeling.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and think strategically.
• Profound project management skills.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Danish is not needed, but advantageous.

Personality

• Humble and empathetic personality with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Curious by nature and able to quickly gain new knowledge.

In addition to an attractive compensation package and a range of additional benefits, this position offers a hybrid work model, usually with two days of remote work and three days in the office. Same as the salary, the exact title of your position will depend on your skills, expertise and seniority.
