Digital Content Coordinator (12-months maternity cover) - Viby

Our in-house agency, The Barn, was created to help our global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Today, we have a strong cross-functional team specializing in campaign development and digital asset production, strategy and planning, analytics, media buying, food inspiration SEO content, owned media and data. An important part of broadening out Arla’s vision of helping people to eat well with the food inspiration team in The Barn, and it is for this team we are looking to hire a maternity cover.

The maternity cover candidate will be a core member of the food inspiration team, where you will ensure the continued progress of a very ambitious food inspiration initiative across core European and International markets. You will be tasked to support two major workstreams, covering areas such as - coordinating and publishing of content across markets, - as well as ensuring and improving the workflow to connect food inspiration content deliverables is fit for purpose and aligned with brands and markets campaigns and overall website content strategy. You will be the central point of contact to connect our markets and the food inspiration team to ensure the ongoing success of the initiative.

Some of the tasks where you will play a key role?
• Connect with markets to develop content toolkit roadmaps

• Support toolkit content selection, planning, production, publishing and stakeholder management with markets

• Take lead on content development and publishing governance by setting up and driving the publisher forum with our key market colleagues

• Secure project workflow and toolkit management to improve our capacity to integrate new markets when needed

• Support the team members in performance and data reporting by gathering project updates, tracking milestones, key metrics, and executing relevant project tasks.

• You know your way around in a CMS and can use Excel

• You have strong communication skills

• You are fluent in English
