Our client, Flowvision A/S, is a French-owned Danish-based company founded in 2006, specializing in the design and delivery of advanced emission reduction systems around the world. With many years of experience in emission control and combustion technology, the company’s DeNOx systems are groundbreaking in many different applications.

Position overview:
As Project Engineer, you are responsible for developing detailed designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of skid-based system projects from concept to completion.

You will join the technical team (9 persons) consisting of mechanical and chemical engineers as well as other technically educated profiles. Manufacturing takes place at collaboration partners/workshops around the world. The place of work is Odense.

Further key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Develop detailed mechanical designs for skid-based process equipment systems.
  • Collaborate with our engineering partners, that produce the detailed mechanical drawings, e.g. general arrangement drawings, isometrics and structural steel drawings
  • Understand and use CAD software 2D and 3D (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, AutoCAD PLANT or equivalent.
  • Reviewing detailed manufacturing documents + reading and understanding P&IDs

You collaborate with sub manufacturers, and you have the day-to-day contact to support progress and to oversee the production of skid-based systems. You manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that production timelines and project deliveries are met

You provide technical support during the fabrication and assembly phases, addressing any design-related issues, prepare and maintain project documentation as well as you conduct inspections and quality control checks on components and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

About you:
An experienced Mechanical Engineering with minimum +3 years of experience in mechanical design and production oversight, preferably with skid-based systems. You have a Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Further provied skills:

  • Knowledge of Process equipment (pumps, blowers, valves etc.)
  • Familiarity in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Experience with manufacturing processes, welding, piping, and assembly techniques. (EN and ASME)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

You dare to make decisions (in collaboration with the team), you are self-driven, action, and process-oriented, detail-oriented and you can navigate professionally in a fast-pased and dynamic environment. You are the person with a positive attitude, who, based on your strong communication and interpersonal skills, can contribute to ensuring progress and “flow” in the projects. You have the ability to manage multiple projects, you are fluent in English (both in verbal and in writing) and you are willing to travel up to 20-30 days a year.
